Those of you on Virtuadopt, there's now something to do.

This is Professor Elm calling from the Virtuadopt Institute. There's been a situation. Last night we lost contact with the Institute's satellite campus in the Shikoku Region, and everyone is concerned for the the people trapped there. All attempts at reaching Shikoku have failed, and even our hardiest Pidgeot has been unable to breach the violent storms that have cropped up, engulfing the island. Can we count you, one of Kalos' most renowned trainers, to assist us in making contact with Virtuadopt Institute?
We need you to team up with other trainers in order to investigate the storms and attempt to make contact with the Shikoku Region, and specifically the Institute.

This just in!

*sends out Sableye and Mega Evolves it with an anime sequence*

Mega Sableye gains the ability Magic Bounce! This will cause Sableye to reflect any status moves back at the user. Also, it gains Special Attack and Defense, at the cost of Speed, because Arceus that thing is huge.

As excited as I am for ORAS, I just realized I haven't really even considered which starter. And I just realized that this will most likely be the first time I have to face the Hoenn Elite Four without Rayquaza by me side.

Yep, congratulations! Rather then have an overpowered dragon on your side, you'll instead get a legendary with not-Mega Evolution, as well as at least one Pokémon with actual-Mega Evolution.

I'm totally getting Treecko. Treeckos are awesome and I haven't been giving enough time to them (also I already have Blazikinite).

I'm either going for Torchic (for Mega Stone), or, if it's possible to get all the mega stones like with the Kanto Starters in XY, Mudkip (since I do so well with Swampert when I play through Sapphire).
