That moment when you discover your prized Garchomp has an EV spread nearly equally in Speed and Defense, with the leftover third in Attack.

Victory Road.
If I remember correctly, it's around the place where you fight your rival when you go through the first time (the place with all the rocks and broken walls). Make sure to go there between 8-9pm!

Wait, between 8 and 9 PM? Nothing on Bulbapedia told me that and it reminds me of what my friend said about the Chamber of Emptiness.

Really? Because I could've sworn at the head of the Mega Stone article...ah, yes...
Mega Stone article wrote:All Mega Stones not directly given or sold to the player can only be found between 8 and 9 p.m. after Professor Sycamore has upgraded the player's Mega Ring to detect them. These Mega Stones do not appear as item balls in the overworld; rather, they are "hidden" items denoted by sparkles around their locations.

Yeah, you can only find Mega Stones between 8-9pm. I had a hard time like you did before I found that out.

Here's a list of Mega Pokémon. It has the information as to where the Stones are located as well.

Eh? I thought I had to go to Kiloude City and defeat my rival after battling in the Battle Mansion.

I don't think so, no. Anistar City has the sundial where Sycamore upgrades your Mega Ring.
