I'd say it ain't a spoiler...unless you consider evolutions spoilers.
- For those too lazy to get on Bulba or where ever:
- Mega Evolutions are a thing. They seem to require a special item to be invoked, and break the "three-stage, no legendary" rule. 'Mons capable of undergoing Mega Evolution include Blaziken (with a Torchic distribution promoting it), Mawile (who, along with its new Mega Evolution, is now Steel-Fairy), Mewtwo (which is the Awakened "Forme" revealed earlier), Lucario, and Ampharos. Changes include a new ability (varying with the 'Mon) and (presumably; this *is* an evolution after all) increased stats. And a new appearance, obviously. Held items are apparently needed to invoke Mega Evolution, with one being a Blaziken Knight the Torchic is holding, and another being a Mega Stone. A new gym leader knows the secret of Mega Evolution.
There are also three new 'mons: Dedenne, a Fairy/Electric type that reminds me of Pikachu colored orange, Horubī, a rabbit thing typed Normal, and the pre-evolution of Gogoat, Me'ēkuru.

More info is out: There's going to be a new way to (EV? IV?) train via minigames.
The new Mega Evolutions only happen at the start of a battle when the Pokémon is holding the proper Mega Stone. The evolution goes away after the battle is over.

I've gotta say, I'm not really too keen on most of the new additions. I think I'll just try to steer clear of those when the time comes.
