I want the PokeBank out soon so I can get some 'mons from Black 2.

When it comes out, I'm not sure which game to transfer my Black 2 stuff to and which version will get my Pokémon from White 2.

I played Black 2 more and thus have more Pokémon on it, so if I transfer them to Y and White 2 to X I'll have a reason to play X more--namely, a Shiny White Kyurem.

However, if I transfer from Black 2 to X, I'll have even more reason to play X: I'll have at least 10 boxes of 'mons, several of them extremely powerful.

But that would leave me with little reason to play Y besides Rafale (my Yveltal) and SERENA'S SEXY-ASS LEGS.

Well, you can always find a pal and trade them in between.

Pokebank is an issue for me. I still don't have a 3DS or XY cartridge. Thinking of the fact that I will have to pay even more to transfer my huge Black 2 collection makes me worry.

Pretty sure it's free.

It costs five bucks a year. That's 42 cents a month, or 21/15 cents a day. That is extremely cheap.
