They probably multitask with it; X and Y were in development for three years, and also I think they have separate teams for main releases and remakes/third versions.

That said, a new game announcement this hot off the trails of a new generation would be a bit pushy. and if they have anything it better be RSEmakes :I

In other news, I tried that trick Zima told us about for chain-fishing and I got a 68 chain streak!   I had to stop though, 'cause I needed to get ready for my volunteer job.

Team Flare's intentions differ slightly between games. The story itself is basically the same.

I only have X, so I wouldn't know that.
