The last paragraph. So there's a loop hole in those rights. They can arrest you without reading your rights in the event public safety is at stake. That said, the trial isn't going to be very easy now....

I was told there's another loophole: if the person is going to be tried as a terrorist, they never have to read you your rights.

I was just reading the article in today's issue of the Washington Post ~~probably the only teenager in the world who reads the newspaper~~ and I'm horrified and disgusted by those abductions in Cleveland. Disgust

Only a bastard like that can really make my blood and anger boil. Not just that guy, but also the police. They should have done more.

All the girls were kidnapped between 2002 and 2004

Also in 2004, police went to that bastard's home after he left a girl on the bus (he was a school bus driver) while he ate at Wendy's. I want to know why those girls were not found then. His words to that little girl (Lay down, bitch) should have raised red flags.

Two things stand out at me from the hero's side of the story.

That really does nail home the point of just how long those girls suffered. And it also reminds me of the time when my bus driver asked me to answer her smartphone for her.
