Shiny Tapu Koko's out on Mystery Gift now. It's level 60, same as the in-game one. (unfortunately, 'cause it'd be cool to use this during the story without feeling too OP)

Its nature is also set as Timid, something I found out when I was trying to SR for Jolly on it. The only thing that changes on it are its IVs and well...

Are you looking for a shiny or a Hidden Ability?

Shiny female. I tried a chain before and got a shiny male in 39 encounters that I named "Sad Boy".

This one's already passed 100 and I'm trying not to lose my patience. I have a male Cute Charm Sylveon as my lead to help get more females to appear.

The chain I was currently on Struggled to death, and my Sylveon accidentally KOed my next chain.

Currently training a new CC Sylveon that's not as powerful.

Out of curiosity, if one were to try for a hidden ability Pokémon with the SOS chain battles, does it indicate if the Pokémon has it's hidden ability?

Not always. If I were to check for an Oblivious Salandit, I'd have to use Attract on it to find out.

Or use Worry Seed or Simple Beam or whatever.

...It's better than horde battles, because there's less Pokémon to scan and whenever an auto-ability occurs (ex. a weather ability, Moody) it's always the Pokémon that just came in rather than one of five.

Say hi to Havok! Lonely Nature, perfect IVs in Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, very good in Speed (dunno what that means), and abysmal in HP.
