I like them! True, they didn't get that many changes, but they still seem cool to me.

I really like how Venusaur is now a tank (stat wise). It gets Thick Fat, reducing damage from 2 of it's major weaknesses, plus, a defense and special defense boost! And Charizard getting Drought? Awesome! And it gets a special attack boost!

Thinking it over, my favorite Gen. 6 starter so far is Fennekin. They're giving away a Speed Boost Torchic. Now they have the Kanto starters, of whom Charmander is my favorite. I may go with an all fire type team when I playthrough!

also incase you didn't know, you'll be able to store 3000 Pokémon in a cloud storage from where you can transfer them to whichever game you want, starting with x and y and onwards, though there is a small anual fee (in japan its the equivalent of $5)

I find it a bit odd that they're charging for it, but I guess it's like buying Pokebox for Ruby/Sapphire.

well, it uses servers, and looks like it'll be able to connect to future gens so it makes sense

and $5 a year is cheap o.o

I've never been a fan of paying for extra features. I like buying something, and not having to pay anything else to fully enjoy it.

Well, its not like you won't be able to transfer Pokémon the way you do nowadays, and unless you want 3000 Pokémon you won't need the pokebank :I

It always was until now. But there are 2 issues:

I think that the cap is 720 (it may be 840, dont remember). If the first is true, and the cap does not increase, the Pokémon will surpass the number (648 in Gen 5, who knows in Gen 6)
They may deliberately keep it small, so that we have to use the new feature. Which will rise up a big flame war...

I trust in nintendo to make the right choice, they don't charge for their online services save for this and the 3ds flipnote thingy if you want to go online, so I doubt they'd MAKE it so you had to use the pokebank u.u

Yeah, it's not like they made you pay twice for used games, Microsoft.


Plus, they need the coinage to keep the server running (with some possible profit), so really, it's okay.

Mega Garchomp looks and IS so cool. But for it's Ability, it got Banned Force. So, it will more or less get banned. If Mega Salamence/Dragonite come out, I guess their speed will be better than Garchomp's base, but still they won't be Scarfed, giving Garchomp still a niche. But they will use all four moves while the poor Cynthiashark will lock to ONE! :((

Chespin's evolution... U R KIDDIN ME THIS IZ PIGNITE! I still like it, and YES, I still prefer Chespin. Froakie must get a really Damn Awesome final for me to change mind. Fennekin is a no from the beginning.

XY anime. Can the mysterious man be Johto's Harrison? That would be a good nostalgia bomb.

Uhm, did I forget something? OH LOL, MEWTWO! SRSLY I heard of the different Mega theory but I called it a fake right away! And now M16 is discriminating on us by showing us only Y and not X! Unforgivable marketing there, Pokémon! :))
