The All-Mighty Triforce and Shenanigans

Yeah assholes do seem to be quite popular. However if I understand current trends, their popularity is slowly decreasing.

the only asshole/asshat I tend to like is sheldon from the big bang theory, so I wouldn't know.

Groose has some great character development, and by the end of the game, he's bad-butt awesome. Plus, he recognizes Link for the hero he is, and accepts Zelda's and Link's relationship, kinda. Aaaand...I don't ever recall him giving Zelda a love letter...at all. :I

he gave you a letter to give to either zelda as a delivery, or to a ghost who gives you a gratitude crystal and in return for making her think groose is her soul mate (literally!) and therefor ruin groose's life. a lot of fans called this payback for bullying link before his character improved and took the crystal happily in order to give it to the gratitude crystal thingy.

in other words, a sidequest.

Hmm, some fans have their facts wrong then, because that wasn't a sidequest for Groose, but Cawlin, one of Groose's posse memebers. Here's the story-
Cawlin liked a girl named Karane, and had you deliver the letter to her (however, you could give the letter to the Ghost Hand in the toilet instead to make the ghost love Cawlin and haunt him at night unintentionally, hehehe.) However, if you gave the letter to Karane, she'd turn him down because she liked Pipit, and then Pipit and Karane would get together. So, either way, Cawlin would be left misserable (however, he'd hate you if you gave it to the Ghost...though I don't see why he couldn't write another letter...I guess that was the only paper in the academy...)
It's a very entertaining side quest, hahah!

I made the execuitive desicion to call the villianness of Hyrule Warriors "Dark Bunny".
