I'm going through each forum today. I've already done the Water Cooler.

Goals:

1) Archive threads which are no longer relevant. There's not many, just ones which I can't imagine a new topic being started in it.

For example, the thread Jack made awhile ago when he returned has now been archived, since there's not much more to say in there.

However, threads which haven't seen a post in months, but could still feasibly be relevant (such as Homework Help) remain.

2) Put thread descriptions on threads that don't have them. That's right, I'm finally getting to it. :V

If a media series that I'm unfamiliar with has a thread, I'll leave the description for it blank, so someone else can come up with a better one.

For example, I'm not giving The Fairy Tail Guild a thread description because I don't know much about Fairy Tail.

When I'm done, I'll post a list of threads that still need a description so better people than me can come up with one.

I'm running across a lot of threads in Random Ramblings that could really work in the Water Cooler. Anyone else notice this?

For example, Today I Learned, I Like to Think, and Jpegs & Pngs & Gifs could all believably belong in the Water Cooler.

What should define whether a thread belongs in Random Ramblings or the Water Cooler?

If what goes on in a thread makes at least some semblance of sense, it goes in the Water Cooler.

if the post is meant to be a one off and no follow up, random ramblings, if its meant to lead to a conversation, water cooler

I'd define The Water Cooler as a discussion subforum. So JPGPNGGIFOM wouldn't go in there, because you just post pics for people to enjoy, not to start a discussion.

til and I Like To Think are more spur-of-the-moment thoughts, and again, don't really cause discussion. At least, that's what I think, though I'd confirm that I Like To Think was originally a random thought I had. :U

The only one I see maybe fitting in the water cooler is Today I learned. It is a bit random though, so it's fine where it is.

I totally forgot all about Eternal Senia. I think at one point I was thinking about retrying for a better ending, just to see how it differed. I think I was mostly looking at archiving it thought... Hmm... decisions, decisions.
