So, sifting through the BulbaNewsNow updates, there's new designs for the Gym Leaders, Pikachu appears to be getting new design variants (I mean, Mega Evolution seems to be a not-spoiler, so I'd guess new forms/variations are, too?)(I hope they aren't locked into Generation VI like Spiky-Eared Pichu...)

The new Pikachu designs seem to be related to Pokémon Symphony, an orchestral concert tour featuring Pokémon music.

BNN also showed a CoroCoro page that confirms Pokémon-amie will indeed be returning for the remakes, so presumably Super Training will return as well.

I refuse to believe Doctor Pikachu is part of Pokémon Symphony. Also they were kind of shown in Pokémon Amie, so.

And I hope Super Training returns. It helps a fair bit with upgrading your 'mon's stats (the way you want) during the main game.

The part where EVs don't matter?

If ST doesn't return, I'd at least like to hold on to the EV checking...hexagon thing. Can't be having any extraneous EVs.

Same here. Though another way of checking is just using the berries. If they're friendly and the EVs can't go lower, then the berry won't be consumed.

But I hate growing berries... X_X

So I just learned from my YouTube recommendations (didn't watch the video) that Salamance is apparently getting a Mega Evolution. I would very happy if that were the case because I've been using Salamance as my reserve if all others in my party faint during training.

Eh, I wouldn't bank on it. I saw a video that claimed there was a Mega Weavile.

That was one of the stupider videos I ever watched. e_e

I'm not sure if I want a Mega Salamence. I'm pretty happy with my Shiny Moxie Salamence the way she is.

Mega Salamence could be cool. It could be pretty derpy, too, though.
