Creature becomes frightened and must get as far away from you as possible

You understand the literal meaning of spoken languages and written language if you are touching the surface its on. Takes 1 minute per page of text, and it does not reveal secret messages or allow reading magical writing/inscriptions.

Find Familiar (5 MP)

Required Item: Brass brazier, charcoal, incense, herbs(you can also pay 100gp to automatically get the items except for the brazier)
Description: You summon a familiar which can be of many types. You can have 1 at a time. It moves on its own but always listens to your commands. You can see through its eyes, and if its within 100ft you can communicate telepathically. If HP hits 0 it vanishes and you have to recast a shorter version of the spell to get the same one back(30 minutes and only 10gp for supplies), or the full one to get a new type. If a spell has touch as range, the familiar can be the one touching it instead as long as its within 100ft The familiar's stats are:

Rat: 5 bonus strength and dexterity
Raven: Fly 25ft per minute, and can mimic simple sounds(baby crying, whispering, etc)
Snake: 5 bonus dexterity and gets a bonus when choosing turn order
Toad: Can jump 10ft
Weasel: 5 bonus dexterity and speed

Dragon Breathe
You can release a blast of acid from your mouth which can go up to 30ft, which does 1-12 damage. Sadly, this takes a lot out of you, so it can only be used once until you rest for a long enough period(it takes a while :T).

Elemental Immunity
Since it is in your blood, you are more resistant to acid

Magic Focus
If you are holding a component pouch, orb, rod, staff, wand or spellbook then your spells become stronger

Quick Cast
Normally a mage's spells take time to cast, but you can pick 2 lvl1 and higher spells and treat them as 'Quick Casts' meaning that you can cast it instantly as you have just studied it and have the movements and words fresh in your mind. By spending time reading your spellbook, you can change which spells are set to Quick Cast and you also regain some MP.
