But if you wanna min-max and all that...Yew has the best INT and DEX, making him ideal for mage jobs or anything with a gun or a bow. Magnolia has the best AGI and MND, which makes her a good healer. Edea has the best STR and VIT, so physical jobs are great. Tiz, meanwhile has the best HP, worst MP, and good stats all-around. Do whatever you want with him.
So out of the four prologue classes, Wizard for Yew, Bishop for Magnolia, Charioteer for Edea and Fencer for Tiz?
