My ankle hurts and we're doing a 5K today.

If you run 5K on a bad ankle, the end result will most likely won't be pretty. I had a science teacher who was running in a charity marathon and began to feel pain in her ankle, but she pushed through it and ended up in a cast for the majority of the rest of the school year.

The muscles in my thighs have been bothering me a lot, especially when I move, since they began to hurt yesterday when I was doing a lot of standing up and squatting while putting up club recruitment posters.
