My computer has glitched. When I use a certain key combo, I can change my computer's volume and a little display appears when I do so. Normally, this goes away fairly quickly, only it's not. It's been there for a while now and the only known way of clearing it is rebooting my computer, something I don't want to do.

Have you tried minimizing the page you're on to see if it'll go away when you restore the page?

You misunderstand how it works, it overlays on my computer. If all the programs were layers, then this meter is always on top. Anyway, I've restarted my computer and problem is fixed.

Yeah, I don't have a fancy new computer, so I don't get all the fancy new features... I just get a little pop up window with the volume controls when I need to adjust the volume.

My dad doesn't seem too good at managing his money. He likes to blow it all on extra goodies we don't really need. Example 1: He just sort of strolled in today with a Gamestop bag, gave it to me, and said "Here you go." It had White 2 and a new DS in it, since I was looking for my DSi all day yesterday and couldn't find it. While I appreciate the sentiment and will definitely be playing White 2 a lot, I'm making a mental note to be more careful with my money than he is.
