Not currently, no. I'm trying to catch all of the roaming legendaries in HeartGold before transporting them to Black to get them to X.

There's an Entei in the Battle Maison who had an Entei with Sacred Fire. Everyone thought she was cheating until Poke Transporter came and revealed that Entei had Sacred Fire added to its moveset.
