just make the account there then click on 'update word count' on the corner to put in how much you've written so far :P

you can type it where ever you like, but I recommend http://writer.bighugelabs.com/

it lets you write on any comp and has a goal thingy

I'll try to get started on my novel later today. I'm probably going to use Microsoft Word for mine (since I usually use that).

Interesting... I thought you had to upload the novel to the site.

Now I'm not sure how I'm going to keep track of the words I write out...

I thought there was a built in word counter, they wouldn't be that hard to code in. Just got to look for the space character and go from there.
