In a sense, yes. There's probably still quite a few pages left, though, it's just that they'll all be posted at once. If all the plot threads were to be wrapped up (a tall order), it'd definitely have to take upwards of a thousand pages.

I just caught up again and literally my entire feel system is broken help ;A;

- So fully apart from everyone being dead, the conversation John and Roxy have really speaks to me on a personal level. And it really says volumes about the characters that, despite everything and everyone they've ever loved just being utterly destroyed in the span of about five minutes, after a bit of moping around, they just march on and try to work some way around it. John meeting his denizen was a Crowning Moment of Awesome, and it seems like everything will at least work out for the better in the end. Also, I love Jade and Callie's conversation that's going on and the whole exposition happening. Callie's art looks really good. (and she giggles at the whole giant snake thing omfg she's so cute.)
Terezi is still completely broken after all the abuse she took from Gamzee and all the shit that just happened though poor baby ;.;but at least she gave us a hilarious john/roxy tease in the process omg
EDIT: Also, forgot to mention, but Terezi's frickin' immortal. Took all that shit from Gamzee, got stabbed with her own cane, pulled it out of her chest, and crashlanded a rocketboard onto a desert planet in a giant explosion, then rammed John in the head and told him to fix everything, still frickin' bleeding. AND all this after seeing everyone she loved die, two of them trying to save her from Gamzee. Damn, gurl.

Big ol' sixth anniversary thing, six is an underappreciated number. No one ever remembers it, doesn't fit on a hand and it's only halfway around a clock.
Just about to watch the update (I assume watch, I see an [S]), then I'm off to bed. I would do something big and clever for such an occasion, but I'm a bit uninspired and preoccupied right now. :B
But still...

I'm all caught up again, and I have two (spoilery) reactions to the new developments:
- first, a more pessimistic one:
- I'm still not completely sold on Caliborn as the villain. I hate his character. Not even in a "love to hate" kind of way, but I just hate the way he's been developed and the whole plotline to do with him. None of his intermissions are entertaining to read, and his whole schtick has worn well past its welcome now.
Also, I'm still slightly confused on where that whole claymation thing fits into the picture. Was that in the future? I get that Cal is literally Caliborn and Equius shoved together (I think?) in a puppet and all, but at what point in the timeline did that happen?
It looks like we're getting more Lord English than Caliborn at this point, though, which is nice. For some reason I like him better. Even though they're the same.
- and now for my more optimistic and more important reaction:
- I love love love the conversations everyone's having right now. I just love seeing everyone's character development and them acting corny and talking about love and stuff. For me, Homestuck's always been more about the emotions and the characters than the plot.
Also, Roxy's even more certainly my favorite character. She's amazing and funny and cute and I can connect with her a lot. Before I could connect with her for reasons I couldn't really comprehend, but I swear she literally is me ;w;
