How should base damage be calculated?

RPG Maker Standard (a.atk * 4 - b.def * 2) (Pros: don\'t have to mess with stats; cons: a bit boring :V): 0%; [ 0 ]

Bravely Second Style ((skill power + a.atk - b.def) * a.agi / 10) (Pros: Units focusing on Agi can be more useful; Cons: Going to have to reorganize Agi stats so it doesn\'t become too powerful, and maybe Def): 40%; [ 2 ]

Bravely Second Style 2 ((skill power + a.atk - b.def) * multiplier * a.agi - (b.agi / 2) / 10) (Pros: Don\'t have to reorganize Agi stats *as* much; Cons: it makes my head hurt looking at it, Def is still a problem): 20%; [ 1 ]
