Agreeing. Not thinking too terribly clearly right now, been a long day and still a little bummed about something.

Got an HDMI cable at Dollar General for $14, and my uncle got the short ethernet cable we have through the wall to my room, so now I just have to power it up, set up a few things, then download.

Hopefully the download time will be less since I'm now using ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.

My brother is getting feisty again, however this time is different. He's an adult now, if he strikes first, then I can finally have him arrested.

I have finally figured out why I'm such a picky eater. It's called Avoidant Intake Disorder.

I move into college today!

Also, I can't eat or drink anything until after 1, because I'm getting my blood checked. -.-

Man, I go off to college on the 7th, and classes don't start until the 11th.

I don't go off to college until January. :V and it's likely that won't happen this year because I'm going to do something else first.

It was a 5.6 Earthquake in OK, but it could be felt along several states, even as far down as Dallas I heard. I'm in Northern Kansas and definitely woke up to the earthquake.

I turned the news off a while ago, but I'll turn it on again. Last I heard there was no injuries, but there was property damage and such...

Also, Greece, Truth, TCF, and Jack...hows that hurricane weather?

Eh Me and Greece are pretty North when it comes to hurricanes.

But yeah, the epicenter was in a town just down the road from us, so we got shook up, but no damage. Happened as I was heading for work. The town that was at the epicenter (Pawnee) wasn't as lucky... Haven't seen the official reports yet, but from what I heard at work today, there's a lot of property damage (cracks, collapsed walls/chimneys, stuff like that)... The store in that town got hit really hard (stuff flying off the shelves and making a mess everywhere, they had to close until everything was cleaned up).

Fortunately, when I got to work, the only damage to report was one bottle of dish soap that fell off, but didn't even break. Might have been a couple other things that had been picked up already, but either way, we were much better off.

It went a little bit north of me, so I didn't get the brunt of it. I was in a really bad hurricane when I was a kid, so every time a new hurricane shows up on the news, I get really nervous... but it wasn't that bad. The worst of it is over, but I hope everybody else in its path doesn't underestimate a hurricane just cuz they're further inland than I am. Even a Category 1, or a tropical storm, can put a few dents in you.

What hurricane? There's been a good breezes yesterday and today for part of the day, aside from that clear skies most of the day. However I do have family in South Carolina that has been forced to evacuate and is presently living off of a generator set. As far as I know their homes have been flooded.
