It was far more acidic than I thought, probably due to it being a thinner mixture than I'm used to consuming and it having vegetable oil and raw eggs.

Cake mix is alright. I added in water and vegetable oil, but no eggs, and it's still acidic, but not as acidic as pancake mix.

I assume it would have been fine had I not added vegetable oil. Oh well, the more you know.
