In a way isn't our system of government anarchy? Only we're ruled by a dimensional computer as I recall, not too sure myself

I am not responsible for the occurrence. The issue seems to be one more of a technical issue where Lief the Zeroth applied, his application did not process correctly, and then Lief the First applied directly after, becoming assigned to his identity. Thus, Lief the Zeroth does not exist.
