It would appear they came from fangames (hooray, Search Google for this image!), which brings up two questions:
1) who made a game with "new Kalos" so quickly
2) why would there be a new Kalos? Regular Kalos isn't in a state of disrepair.

Also whoever did this suffered from Critical Research Failure: even if Unova isn't supposed to be in the place of the US of A/New York in canon, it's...well, okay, it is farther away from other regions then they are from each other, but it doesn't seem to be that large of a distance from them. If nothing else, it seems to be closer to them then Sinnoh is to Kanto.
