TaP Soda gives you the best SP healing of soda, at...10 SP.

There's food that restores more, yeah, but you get it from encouraging party members in a dungeon (they may not appear) or by getting the best fish (you have to complete a Quest in order to get fishing stuff). You'd be better off relying on chests for SP-restoring items.

...Totally did not see getting a social link with a fox coming...

The fox is useful, though. SP restoration, it gives. ...for yen. Quite a bit of it. The price goes down as you rank up, though! ...which you do by doing quests.

Granted, I haven't actually Social Linked her. Because I don't like her, see, and I haven't done my ~perfect S-Link run~ yet.
