Only when I was absolutely required. I'm absolutely terrible with foreign languages, I couldn't even do well in American Sign Language. I did however guess it was a Spanish yes.

I have tried everything, searched for every possibility, used every possible reasoning I could, but it seems that the Pokémon, by the criteria you listed, simply doesn't exist.
