Oh hey, seems we beat the Elite Four yesterday. ._.;;
We're in Kanto now and trying to beat Erika, apparently.

Y'see, the bad thing about having something that's constantly running 24/7, is that you tend to miss a lot of things. I'll just keep track of where they are until they get near Red and watch that.

I hope they do Gen III a bit later after this than they did with Gen II. I wanna watch it as much as I can, being my first generation, but it's gonna feel kinda burnt out if we just keep doing this one after another after another.

The game doesn't stop until you beat Red :I

I believe we're heading towards Red now. Also, Katie evolved into a Dragonite and we've acquired a Steelix somehow.

Also also, judging by Reddit, Red's team has indeed been modified to be ours from TPP Red, but with higher levels. We've fought him at least once but failed.

So....Crystal is over :T

:D Yay! I'm actually "playing" Emerald now! (haven't played it in a while because I have to grind for the Pokémon League...soo tedious sometimes...) so I'll be watching this feed.

You don't have to grind for the Pokémon League in Emerald. Get Rayquaza directly after the climax (helpful tip: use the master ball), before beating the last gym. Use at least five rare candies, bringing Rayquaza to level 75, and as many stat enhancing meds as you can. Ensure you have plenty of revives and tweak Rayquaza's moveset Then dominate the rest of the game. Rayquaza is most likely to faint against that Ice E4 member and against Walace's Milotic, but if you sacrifice the rest of your Pokémon and heal Rayquaza, you'll eventually win. Outrage is generally the way to go so ensure you've got plenty of full heals too.

Meh, good point. I already caught it (without a Master Ball, because I never need Master Balls...woot). But I'm still going to grind because grinding is what Pokémon is all about...

Unless you're someone who relies solely on their starter, which quickly outlevels anything in the game.

Or someone who says screw it and challenges the gyms at low levels

I usaually only use the starter and the legendary and nothing else, par firered, heartgold, and my second runthrough of diamond

(uses my starter, always. and a few of my first Pokémon.)
