*hasn't taken a side in the war because I only have a broken PS2 and no plans to replace it*

I'm just staying out of this war. I'll stick with my older consoles.

They all have some upsides, but I feel like the downsides outweigh the upsides for just about all of them.... Honestly, I think this gen is not going to come close to competing with last gen.

Boy am I really out of the loop....

I'm not really in the loop either, but it's my opinion about what I have heard.

If you had to get a next-gen console, which one would it be?

Uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh..... Well........

Wii U has some good titles on it, plus it does have a couple of cool features, but it's not as 'good' as the other 2...

PS4 looks cool, has good games, and some cool features, but very expensive and doesn't have some of the cool features of the Wii U (unless I missed something).....

X-Box One.... Has some games, but everything else just sucks..... Just seems like a much crappier version of the 360 that's waaaaay overpriced (sure, you're probably getting better quality video games than the 360, but basically is the same thing with eyes that watch where you go and games you can't easily buy used...).....

So my choice would be either the Wii U or PS4, but overall, none of this gens consoles have impressed me as much as the last gen consoles did....

PS4, simply because it has backwards compatibility with my PS2 games, unless I've missed something....

Their idea of backwards compatibility is that you can download ps1-ps3 games on it :I

Also, Lux, those look awesome! Although the Mighty No. 9 sounds like Mega Man...

There's only 2 reasons for far why I'd what to get a ps4 and they're both games. kh3 and FF15 if it had backwards compatibility i would be more interested in it.

that's the point of no. 9, made by the same guys who made megaman, they want to do what they wanted to make a megaman-like game since capcom doesn't want to do stuff with him anymore...

I heard some people on the internet (specifically, Youtube, I think) say that Nintendo should get the rights to Mega Man, because they'd actually do stuff with him.

This may be the smartest thing that I ever heard internet goons say...which isn't saying much, really.
