I skimmed a part of Cap's LP real quick like, and eyup, looks like it'll be creepy, and the graphics don't look like the kind to give me nightmares right away...

so I just want to know....is this game designed to scare people? Cause if it is there is no way I can play it as I'll then become paranoid, freaked out, and won't be able to sleep right for a while :I

Depends on how easily you scare. I've been keeping up and I haven't had nightmares about it.

From what I've found it is a horror game but not like other horror games which focus on scaring you, instead OFF just makes you uneasy, which I can deal with, but I want the opinion of someone who's played it, how scary is it on a scale of 1/10?

So far, less scarier then Slenderman, but scarier then Nightmare's first form (of Kirby fame).

So far I wouldn't say it's scary, just uniquely unsettling at points. You may want to hold off (hehe) until one of us beats it though, so they can tell you if the rest of it is scary as well. (Without spoiling it, of course.)

Also, anyone think we need a specific OFF thread?

Nah...The Galactic Arcade seems to be doing fine.

Then again, what do I know?

For me, it's kinda creepy, but not shit bricks scary. The creepiest thing about this game is some of the sound effects.... That's the only thing that really creeps me out in this game so far.

Well, I originally said it was scarier then Zero...then I took that back...but I wanted to say something that wasn't really scary, but could be (as opposed to, say, a bunny).

It is about as surreal as 0², though.

I...think so...maybe... Personally, I think the scary thing about it is how surreal it is. Weird, man.
