then again I suck at platformers to some extent so it might just be hard
Tried it. It was okay, but I found it a bit frustrating...

Game series I've tried so far are Donkey Kong Country, Metroid, Banjo Kazooie, Mega Man, Kirby, Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger..... Uh..... Can't remember any others at the moment.

All I know is that it's basically an online computer game store.

I was playing the demo version of Trainz and I tried overtaking a 50 mph freight train on an adjacent track with a 75 mph passenger train. No prizes for guessing what happened.

My mom has ordered Railworks for me Excited

Now the question is will it run on my computer. Trainz is regularly compared to Railworks and the Trainz runs fine on my computer. Oh well, we'll see when it gets here.

Derp, it is....

Yeah, you should.

Edit: Also, I'm curious about RPG Maker. I'd like to try it out and see if I could make something good, but I doubt it would work well on my computer....

Well, you have to download more stuffs/use a confusing code language (to me, anyway) to make there be the same battle system as OFF. So.

Hmmm.... I'm not too good with confusing stuff....

I could learn though. Does it take up a lot of space on the computer?

I was interested in creating something too, in fact I was planning on downloading it while I'm at my grandmother's house a couple weeks from now and then spending the summer developing something of a start for it. I believe we learn the basics of programming (namely C++) sometime in my Info Tech class over the next few years.

Some kids in my class have been spending their breaks planning out a game too. So far they've got some basic models and an intro script.

Only incorperating the Active Time Battle system (TM), along with any other changes you want to make to the engine is confusing. Actually making the game is easy.

It does cost money if you want to use it for more then 30 days. (I think that's how long the trial period is.)

And no, it doesn't take up a lot of space in the computer (I think).

Dammit.... I imagine it takes longer than 30 days to make a game..... Disgust

Out of curiosity, how much does it cost?

What does the code look like? If it's Java, I am decently familiar with that.

That reminds me, I should start the first part of my AP Computer Science Summer Assignment.
