It isn't very hard actually. Even though there isn't much a of manual that comes with it, or tool tips for what different settings do, it's not difficult to start recording something. Some knowledge and experimentation is required to fine tune the studio on slower machines.

Set audio sample rate to 48khz since that's the Windows default that way it'll use less cpu

EDIT: Found the sample rate. Would dropping the bit rate a little help?

by setting the audio sample rate to 48 it matches what windows 10 already outputs so the encoder doesn't have to convert the rate, that's why this helps reduce the cpu usage as rather than, for example, saving inches when you give it meters, it saves meters when you give it meters

in other words cpu has to do much less work

Also, I've been thinking about streaming/doing a lp of the Saints Row games, but I'd need a much better computer before I could even consider trying. Something else I thought would be cool was to do a co-op game with Truth and record/stream it. Truth noticed an achievement for finishing all the missions in co-op, so we were talking about replaying SRIV someday to get that together.
