Here you go, have a basic general discussion about LPing. Need tips? Perhaps a game to play? Want to see if anyone would be interested in a particular game? If you need a place to post about those things or anything else relating to LPs, it's right here!
I'm having trouble right now getting OFF to work on this new computer, so I might do a smaller LP for you guys in the meantime (since I think I can use Vizzed on here). Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm thinking something shorter. It's just to pass the time while I figure out this OFF issue, Paper Mario would be worth a more complete and focused effort.

Posting this here since it kinda relates to our LPs:
So basically, they'll add crap..... The last one though might be good, but who knows when they'll get 10,000 subscribers.....
Also, I have a question, but I'm not sure if any of you guys can answer it: SNES or Sega Genesis?
I'm thinking about trying the earlier Strike series games (Desert Strike, Jungle Strike, Urban Strike), and they have all three on both SNES and Sega Genesis. So which system would be better?

Quick question before I start my new LP: When you play games on Vizzed, does it play on the browser, or some sort of application on the computer itself?
If it's the former, I'll have quite a restricted time in which I can use it (2AM to 11AM EST).

Well, they put out a demo for it on the Wii a while back. I've tried it a couple of times, and now I want to play the full game. There's a downloadable version online, but I'm not sure if it'll work on my computer. I might try a LP of it if it does work (although, I'm not sure how I'd get screenshots unless I get them off my computer).

Cave Story is a freeware sidescrolling action/adventure/platformer title with leanings towards Wonderboy and recent sidescrolling Castlevania titles. You control a little amnesiac who runs around helping out these rabbit-ish creatures called Mimigas while trying to find your way out of the giant cave inside the floating island which makes up the game's setting.
You can expand your health meter by collecting Life Capsules in similar fashion to Metroid games, while you can get stronger by collecting energy to boost your firearms' output. Each weapon can be built up to the maximum level (3) fairly quickly, but taking damage will drain energy from its experience meter, sometimes causing it to level down.

IT WORKS! I CAN PLAY IT!Unfortunately, I don't think I can LP it since getting multiple screenshots of it appears to be complicated to near impossible...
