For the first time in several years, I'll actually be dressing up.

I just need a bloodied labcoat and a chainsaw, and I'll be going as Alfred Drevis, Aya's father from Mad Father.

Is it too early to start dressing up?

Gotta order stuff now if you actually want it by Halloween. My sibs' costumes were ordered last week.

Given that I work on Halloween this year, I may consider dressing up. Nothing fancy probably, but I may try to pull off a Doctor Junkenstein (white lab coat, goggles, maybe a prop or two, etc.).

Didn't go full Doctor Junkenstein, but (thanks to my mom) I did get the mad doctor look going:

What made it even better was one of my coworkers came in as Frankenstein's bride (wedding dress and all Laughing).

Oddly enough, there were a few people who were confused by what I was supposed to be... A couple of the older gentlemen who come in and joke around told me (jokingly) they were going to ask me out because they thought I was a woman at first... Sorry

XD

My original intentions fell through because stuff came up and I didn't put in my order in time so the costume and prop were sold out. I was however able to snag some stuff off Amazon last moment to cosplay as a Soul Reaper, including a life-sized sword with a blunt blade. The outfit is a tad snug, though that may be more so because it's apparently for Rukia cosplay.
