If you're trying to trade troops, then you can only trade up to 25% of the person's military per day. That's just how the game is coded.

Being how the game is coded doesn't make it any less annoying.

Unless someone is attempting to trade away their entire military to someone else, something that I heavily suspect. In which case it helps the others players if it's not possible to suddenly merge two country's militarys together.

Next week it will be possible to have air and naval units in a game regardless of your rank! I've always wanted to try out subs and cruisers! I think the next game will very interesting if we can get enough people to play.

Well adding in these new units might complicate your strategy. I know you're familiar with the air pack and how expensive, but very effective it can be. I find it very unlikely that it'll be possible for build a navy and an air force at the same time, especially if we play on the European Map where oil is a rare resource.
