Bulbasaur is Grass/Poison, if I recall correctly. How would Electric work?
I can't remember, does Torchic already have Fighting? And Fennekin has Psychic, doesn't it?

Electric would work because Pikachu was a starter.

Bulbasaur is the only entry-level starter Pokémon that has a secondary type.
