While trying to drum up ideas for the Cage, I was struck with the idea to basically perform a big forum RPG, like similar to Ultra RPG or Fizzy Bubbles on Bulba.

In my mind's eye, there would be three main components to the RPG - training, which is where dummy monster forces are summoned to give new/lagging behind characters EXP; Missions, life and/or knocked out, uh, missions against more notable targets for loot and rewards, and PvP, which is basically the Cage.

The battle system, unless user complaints suggest something else, would be my pitched idea for the Cage.

With an admittedly cursory look at Bulba's URPG, it seems that each battle is its own thread.

So each mission and PvP fight would probably be its own thread. All training events would be in one thread.

This sounds like something that would warrant an entire section.

Also, there's some sort of an RPG system in the admin panel that I've always ignored. Perhaps figuring that out could help.

That sounds like a good use of the system, especially if it is worthy for a full section rather than a sub-section.
