So, I just found out that Birch gives you other starters after you defeat the E4 a few times. Considering I chose Mudkip, which starters do you recommend I choose when the opportunity arises?

Kinda depends on what you want. I chose primarily on what I thought would be reliable battling additions to my collection. I chose Cinderquill because I don't have many fire types, I chose Piplup kinda half heartily as I already have all three Sinnoh starters, and finally I chose Snivy since I've wanted to train one for a while now.

That all said, I still haven't finished training my existing team, though it's nearly finished at Lv. 99

And now said team is finished, having freshly leveled up to Lv. 100

Is Fabled Cave a random mirage spawn?

Nope. You need a level 100 Pokemon in your party for it to appear.

Ah.

The island where Cresselia appears is the only random Legendary Spawn Point. Everywhere else has a Condition.

In unrelated news, you can get a HA Emboar now. Should be able to get HA Samurott on the 5th, too.

Pretty sure you can still get Serperior.

Nope, shiny locked. Procured the image from The Cutting Room Floor.

You can, however, obtain a Shiny Reshiram or Zekrom from ORAS's Mirage Spots. I mean, it's the same probability as a regular shiny, but still.

It's only one of the two right? Also what about Kyurem and the DNA Splicers?
