There's no Dream World for X and Y, but there's a good amount of ways to get Hidden Abilities, sooooo.

there's an item at the battle maison that switches normal and hidden abilities on ANY mon. and friend safari has a HIGH chance of getting hidden abilities regardless of friend code or type. there are more methods too.

I thought the Ability Capsule didn't work like that?

And I'm well aware of the Friend Safari.

It doesn't and it turns out, unless you want to transfer stuff over with Bank, Friend Safari and Hordes are the only way to get Hidden Abilities.

*is probably one of the very few people who doesn't have Bank*

Do you want any Hidden Ability Pokémon that are available in Black 2 or Dream Radar? I could help with that.

There could be a few. I need to check my Pokédex and write down the ones I'm missing.

so... today bulbapedia and a couple other websites got permission to give away a code for the pokemon online TCG, and it works for everyone, not to mention there are one more on the pokemon twitter and a different one on the pokemon facebook.
also, kind-of surprisingly, they left out serebii.net but included EVERY other major fansite(minus smogon, which makes sense since they have nothing to do with the TCG), plus a TCG-centric fansite.
