Maybe it can't be a random pass, perhaps you have to be friends with someone.

not true TS, because archaic got it by giving away some of his mon for the annual bulbagarden christmas giveaway and posted it on the bulbapedia twitter.

You probably have to be Acquainted (or better) with someone who has a Eon Ticket, then - battle, trading, record mixing and the like. StreetPass removes this limitation.

Then maybe one'a us with the Eon Ticket should share it with the people who don't. *nudge nudge*
