Smash 3D had quite a fair amount of restrictions, though. And it was shown as optimal on the new 3DS.

Why have I not heard of this until now

It's the Zelda game announced at E3 this year.

And it's about fashion.

And Link can crossdress.

There have been spoilers posted on Zelda Universe, I do believe, but I haven't read them. I hear the game is fun, but I personally am iffy about the plot. It seems very...spin off to me. But maybe it does have that "Zelda" feel, and I guess I'll only know if I play the game.

It's basically Four Swords 3, so... yes.

Yes and yes. Though you can play single player with relative ease, I do believe.

Makes me consider picking it up even though I haven't come close to finishing Hyrule.
