Assuming it is the Flying type, it is also dual typed by default since the only single typed Flying Pokémon is the legendary Tornadus.

I have tried everything, searched for every possibility, used every possible reasoning I could, but it seems that the Pokémon, by the criteria you listed, simply doesn't exist.

Ah, I think I found the problem. I was taking Bunny's question as "cannot be found in the wild in FireRed", which it is not.
