its because its based on how many views your photobucket pictures get because that uses up their bandwith, meaning that they have to use more resources for your stuff, its all on the site written quite clearly

Does that tally include hotlinked images? If it does, then that doesn't really explain why my signature is visible and Lief's avatar and Caprizant's signature aren't unless their photobucket pages receive more views than I do.
