Try something with symbols, flags, important buildings, few people and even 7/4 written somewhere in there. I don't think they really expect paintings, so I hope they accept something "simple"

Nothing jumps out and there is no creepy noise that I know of, its just that its based on a certain game which I adore and the animation on the page just sends chills down my spine
