The excuse was Bumblebee and Prime got a repaint.

And once again, Prime is solidified in my mind as being the best thing since the original series.

I mean a real-life reason.

To sell toys.

*has begun watching Armada*

Except the only Prime Smokescreen toy was a Cyberverse redeco included with the Sky Claw. It would be rather unusual to see Breakdown in green or a blue Wheeljack onscreen, would it not?

Personally, I find Cybertron the only installment of the Unicron Trilogy that doesn't suck.

Cybertron was the only installment that I really got to watch. I loved the Cyber Key powerups.

Personally I find Armada kind of cheesey with all the calling your attacks. However I feel compelled to watch it because my earliest memories of a Transformers toy is an Armada Optimus Prime (it was just the rig) and the Star Saber minicons, which I could never figure out how to put together. I also had a lego Megatron and Hot Shot.

I think I had an Armada Optimus and Megatron from Mcdonalds.

Oh yeah, I also had some shoes with Red Alert on them. And I also had Unicron.

So I really need to watch the series that has been a large part of my childhood, even though I was unable to watch most of it when I was a kid.

I had quite a few Armada Transformers. I doubt I could list them all.

My first Transformer was an RiD Midnight Express. I went to watch some of RiD, and now own an RiD Megatron.

So, I'mma try again this week. If I don't find anything new... Well, I'm not going home empty-handed. Hmm...

I'm starting to admire Armada for being such a good promoter of the toys.
