I just start by knocking out everyone in the building. It takes patience, and a bit of timing, but is pretty doable. However stashing with Level 1 Blink in the Overseer's office can be a bit tricky. Avoid leaving bodies in walkways and note that if people are missing it will arouse suspicions and can make people investigate. And remember, nobody looks up if they don't have a reason to.

There is a pace that the game is kinda meant to be played to for optimal efficiency, but enough waiting and careful surveillance will work too.

Mainly just want to get low chaos for now. Maybe someday, when I have more time and patience, I'll go for a more "clean" run.

...also, if I remember right, I think I may have somehow spoiled my clean hands run on the first mission, but I didn't know I had killed anyone until it said on the summary 1 kill. The only thing I could think of was when I was planting the bomb to get out of the prison, there may have been someone near the bomb. Didn't feel like reloading since it was near the beginning though, so I just said fuck it and made do with low chaos.

Wasn't the bomb, doesn't kill anyone. Probably one of the first couple guards that are a bit of a pain to sneak by. Throwing somebody just right will snap their neck on landing.

yeah, you never want to throw ppl, even if it's just on the floor not even from heights or whatnot, always just place them down gently, and never in water or near hazards

Meh the first level doesn't take that much time to complete. Then again I've broken out of prison more than a few times, and even broken into prison on a couple of occasions. 'Cause I'm weird.
