In Animal Crossing, you can get a special flower called a Rafflesia in your town if you have a massive amount of weeds in your town. Rafflesias are the same flowers that Vileplume is based on.

It's a stinky flower and is one of the only ways to catch flies in the game. It's impossible to dig it up; you have to remove a bunch of weeds around it and simply let it wilt and die.

In New Leaf, instead of having a massive amount of weeds, your town must be underdeveloped (not many Public Works Projects, few trees, etc).

Essentially, it's the bad counterpart to the Jacob's Ladder, which only appears if you have a perfect town.

In Super Street Fighter IV until Ultra Street Fighter IV, if you do the famous "destroy the car" minigame from Final Fight and Street Fighter II with one of the three heroes of the Final Fight games, the guy in the background who normally photographs the minigame will be replaced by a member of the mad gear gang who will cry over his car being destroyed upon minigame success just as in the original Final Fight.

one time I accidentally set my gamecube AC clock to 2021, then played the game, saved and quit (for no resetti) and changed it back to 2011 but the weeds stayed and I believe I had a bunch of those.

I spent $653.62 on Steam last year. Steam doesn't apply Virginia Sales Tax. Virginia of course now wants that tax.

One Tow Truck operator dies every 6 minutes in North America, most of them because people do not slow down and move over for vehicles working on the side of the highway. If other emergency personal like EMS, Police, and Fire is counted, then it sounds like one person dies every minute.

In most places, it's the law to slow down and move over for any emergency or construction vehicles. It doesn't matter if they are working on the shoulder, or running down the road to a call. If you can't move over, slow down as much as safely possible. On the Interstate the minimum speed limit is usually 45 mph.
