Re: Presents and Experiences of the 2016 Winter Holidays
the rest of my presents were stuff I already knew about, such as splatoon and my black friday mario amiibo, but I did manage to get a $50 gift card... to itunes, when I already have 35 unused credit there already.

Most notable of my haul was:
* Little Mac and Mewtwo amiibos
* Tri Force Heroes
* Inkling Boy Amiibo from my brother
* Bunch of, ironically enough, Dark Side Star Wars stuff (including Vader mug and bitchin' Vader neon shirt)
* screen/projector stuff so I can play my Wii U on the big screen again

my parents don't give me much for christmas anymore, so mine feels like a dwarf to yours.
D:
with the exception of the HD and the villager amiibo
I could've gotten the last marth at a best buy, but dad said no.

Re: Presents and Experiences of the 2016 Winter Holidays
I think I bought half of my gifts this year... My uncle did get me the 2DS though, and my aunt got Cave Story 3D, but yeah, I bought all the star wars stuff, Pokémon, and partially paid for street fighter with the gift card I won from Vizzed (mom helped cover the rest of the cost, which included Shadow of the Colossus, some gifts for my grandma and uncle, and she also threw in some Doctor Who stuff for both myself and my uncle).
Also, I just opened up Pokémon and am slightly disappointed that there's no instruction manual, only a small insert on how to view the digital manual and the health and safety crap... I noticed that the case was slightly lighter than the Street Fighter IV case, but I didn't think the wouldn't have a manual for Pokémon... I kind of collect the game manuals for Pokémon games (still has the original booklet from his old Gold version).

most 3ds games lack a physical manual these days.

Okay, so I got a micro-SD card (thank god Walgreen's was open) and now I'm waiting while it transfers stuff.
Also got a Bluetooth headset, a couple of Transformers, some sort of watch thing, phone cases that actually fit on my dock, the Mii Fighter amiibos, and some money.

I got Super Mystery Dungeon, like 4 sweatpants, a ukelele, a car radio, a few t-shirts and Triforce Heroes (which comes in on Tuesday!)!!!
you know if any of you wanted to get me something
you could always just get me a steam account
not a game
but an account
that would be cool

Re: Presents and Experiences of the 2016 Winter Holidays
So I just finished talking with my sister! We talked for 4 hours, which isn't supposed to happen, hahaha!
We had opened gifts before then.
I've got:
•Some candies
•Over the Garden Wall DVD! :D
•Tri Force Heroes! Like many of you, ohohoho!
•Some flannel sheets which are adorable
•some socks (yes)
•A new robe---It's a Pokeball Robe! :D
•A black jacket, which I've needed
•A cardigan sweater thing which is nice
•It also came with an undershirt and shirt to go under
•Some slippers with my robe, but they are not pokemon themed
•A Kindle Paperwhite!! Along with a case for it
•A Pentatonix CD
•The movie Inside Out
•Some nail polish and lip softener stuff
•Deodorant
•A $15 iTunes gift card
And that's basically it! :)
I'll tell Snazz to get on and say what she got.

Re: Presents and Experiences of the 2016 Winter Holidays
And some games on Steam are completely free with no microtransactions or ads, like Eternal Senia.
Meanwhile I was sleeping until about 10 minutes ago. I was aware of only one present with my name on it and this was basically confirmed by my dad asking me if I wanted to stay in bed or come watch my siblings open their presents. My present turned out to be an electric razor.
Still not sure what to buy on Amazon, not even sure what to look at. I've considered H-Shifters for Euro Truck Simulator, only to find out they require a Steering Wheel too. My truck requires no parts at this time, having recently had her oil changed. I've found no PS2 games that look interesting. My best thought so far is buying a $50 gift card to somewhere else.

Is this pretty much the only downside to downloading games?
*Amazon is out of stock of the physical copy of SMD, but has an option for the digital code*
