I know the feel. Competitions can be hard and stressful. I'm kinda glad my new band doesn't do competitions, though they were kinda fun.

So apparently my rebuild kit arrived in Richmond on Friday and is scheduled to reach my house by the end of tomorrow. It would awesome if it does make it here before I have to leave to go to school. Though I just learned Richmond has been dealing with flooding as well, so it might not arrive until Wednesday.

So one hour after this was posted my kit was shipped out to my local distribution center and according to UPS, it's now on a delivery truck. I'll be thrilled if the kit gets here today before I leave.

Got my first final the Monday after next. Well technically I start it next Monday with the written part of the test. I ain't worried about that. It's the practical portion that has me a little worried. The practical portion is pulling the cylinder head off of an one cylinder diesel, then putting the head back on and setting the valves. If it runs good when you're done, you passed.

So... The county reposted the job I was applying for, so I've resent in my application. I'll still considering about applying for another job in the mean time.

Now I'm considering going ahead and applying to repair shop chain I know has lots of openings and if the county contacts me, then well I'll see about accepting that job.
