*calmly sends pulses of energy through my body*
*rips my skin apart at a certain location*
*then tears out a fist full of guts and body parts*
*drops said parts on the ground while I regenerate only what is encoded in my DNA*

I had one and I have no memory of getting one.

TS, I anticipated that... Kekekeke...

For the chip to remain, it would have to be either attached to one of my cells, or in my DNA. As I can easily rebuild and alter my DNA and because I'm capable of destroying my entire body and then go rebuild it, you can't keep a chip on me.
