- obviously spoilers:
- preventing entropy by using the energy released from magical girls turning into evil witch monsters. Basically he turns girls into magical girls, then pushes them until they wear themselves out and turn into evil witch monsters releasing tons of energy which he uses to maintain balance in the universe
