What can they do? I probably shot well over 160 decibels (louder than a firework just three feet away) into my ear for over a second before realizing what was happening. My constant exposure to other air tools isn't exactly helpful either. I typically hold an impact gun (usually above 100 decibels) close to my chest while using it and it gets even louder while working under a vehicle like I often have to do, even more so when removing stubborn fasteners. Air ratchets are time savers when it comes to running down multiple long fasteners, but can often be even louder.

I was provided with a set last year, however constantly taking them in and out is a pain in the ass, not to mention they tend to go in wrong in the first place. Why do they need to be constantly in and out? Because they aren't required that often and I am in a teaching environment. It's also common for me and the other students to ask each other for help, so kinda disrespectful to miss that stuff. Also as a safety thing we do watch out for each other and missing a critical warning could be disastrous.

I'm considering finding the heavy-duty ear muffs that my family has laying around somewhere and using them while working with air tools.

I've ripped a hole in the bottom of one of my pairs of jeans... What's more I was barely getting by on the pairs I had... Also my laptop just tried diving for the floor.

My youngest siblings have been given guitars. Worse still they are technical sick and so will be home tomorrow with me. I have an slowly growing urge to escape to the library.

Every freaking Fallen Murmur in existence has Phys Repel! This makes Phys skills - some of which are actually pretty good *cough*Multi-Strike*cough* nigh-impossible to use, especially because the one type of Phys resistance Pierce doesn't negate is Repel!
